Dimension Television Facilities was established in 1997 by Hennie Reynders and Hannes Hattingh as an Outside Broadcast Facilities company.  The aim was to create a totally independent one stop outside broadcast facility for the local and international markets.  

BY-Systems mission was to provide a complete setup of 1 OB truck used to broadcast amongst others the Johannesburg Open & Africa Open Co-Sanctioned with European Tour Productions
